Since its establishment, people’s devotion has continuously grown. During Navratri, a fair-like atmosphere is created for nine days. People come from far and wide to have darshan of the Goddess and receive her blessings. The Bauhre Wali Devi Temple, located at Mursan Gate in the city, is a place of deep devotion for devotees. It is believed that the temple was established approximately 200 years ago. Since then, the number of devotees and their faith has steadily increased. During Navratri, a fair-like atmosphere prevails for nine days, attracting thousands of people for the darshan of the Goddess. One unique tradition here is the Dandauti Parikrama, which holds great significance. During the nine days of Navratri, men, women, youth, and children perform the Dandavat Parikrama from 4 a.m. until nightfall. On Durga Ashtami, the maximum number of parikramas take place. Devotees continue the parikrama throughout the night, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion.

By Bus: Both government and private buses are available from Delhi to Hathras. Buses depart from Noida Bus Stand.

By Air: Hathras does not have an airport. The nearest airport is Agra Airport (about 49 km away).
