In this idol, Goddess Kali is seen with her foot on the chest of Lord Shiva and a garland of human skulls around her neck; she has an axe and some human skulls in her hands, and some human skulls are also tied around her waist. Her tongue is out and some drops of blood are dripping from the tongue. Notably, the tongue of Maa Kali in the idol is made of gold.
