Rahu Paithani Temple – Situated in the Pauri district of Uttarakhand, this is one of the rare temples in India where Rahu is worshipped. As per legend, during the churning of the ocean, the demon Swarbhanu attempted to drink the nectar of immortality, but Lord Vishnu severed his head with the Sudarshan Chakra.
