🚩 Why is Hanuman Ji considered Sankat Mochan?
Hanuman Ji revealed his Sankat Mochan form during the Lanka war when Lakshman Ji was rendered unconscious by Meghnad’s power. Lord Ram was distressed, and the entire Vanara army seemed helpless. At this critical moment, Hanuman Ji displayed immense courage and immediately set out for Mount Dronagiri to fetch the Sanjeevani herb. Ravana sent the demon Kalnemi in the form of a Brahmin to mislead him, but Hanuman Ji recognized the deception and defeated him. Unable to identify the herb, Hanuman Ji lifted the entire mountain and saved Lakshman Ji. Through his devotion, strength, and intelligence, the course of the war changed, securing victory for Lord Ram. Therefore, the mighty Bajrangi is called Sankat Mochan, capable of averting any adversity with courage and devotion.
