When she met Lord Shiva in the form of Sundareshwar, descending from Kailash, the prophecy came true, sealing their destined bond. In a deeply symbolic layer of this celebration, Lord Vishnu, revered as the brother of Meenakshi, was delayed in attending the wedding.
