The sage advised him to observe the Paap Nashak Ekadashi vrata, explaining that its observance would purify his soul and grant him peace. Kroddhan followed the sage's advice and performed the vrata with utmost devotion. As a result, all his sins were absolved, and after his death, he ascended to the heavenly realms.
