🪈 The Divine Story of Krishna Janmashtami:
Lord Shri Krishna was born in a prison in Mathura, where His uncle Kansa had imprisoned His parents, Vasudeva and Devaki. After hearing a prophecy that Devaki’s eighth son would be the cause of his death, Kansa locked them away.
When Krishna was born, Vasudeva carried Him to Gokul, where He was raised lovingly by Nanda and Yashoda.
