During the Maharudra Homa, using the 5 yajna kunds, the 11 forms of Lord Shiva- Mahadev, Maheshwar, Rudra, Shankar, Neel Lohit, Ishan, Vimal, Ugra, Bheem, Vishwarup, and Kapali will be invoked. Each form represents a specific quality of Shiva, ranging from peaceful and compassionate to fierce and destructive. Worshipping these forms collectively helps connect the devotee to Shiva’s full divine energy.
