The Etteluthuperumal Temple located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu is considered an extremely revered pilgrimage site. This temple was established about 120 years ago by the great saint Mayandi Siddhar. It is said that Saint Mayandi Siddhar had a divine vision of Lord Ram during deep meditation.
