🪐✨The Final Day of Exalted Jupiter in 12 Years - An Auspicious Astrological Muhurat!
According to Vedic astrology, Jupiter enters its sign of exaltation, Cancer, once every 12 years. Cancer is considered the sign where Jupiter expresses its highest strength and is believed to bestow abundant blessings. After entering Cancer on 2 June 2026, Jupiter’s period of exaltation reaches its final day on 31 October 2026. At 7:19 PM, Jupiter will move from Cancer into Leo. This marks the Guru Gochar Muhurat.
🟡Swarna Haldi Maha Abhishek: A Sacred Arpan for Guru Gochar
Brihaspati, the son of Sage Angiras, is said to have pleased Lord Shiva through intense penance. Lord Shiva then bestowed upon him the position of Devguru and the blessing of a yellow complexion. Since then, yellow has been associated with Jupiter. Haldi Abhishek is believed to invoke Jupiter’s radiant energy and is regarded as a favoured offering to the planet.
According to traditional astrological beliefs, “Haldi symbolises the earth element and life force. During Guru Gochar, when Jupiter moves from one zodiac sign to another, Haldi Abhishek is believed to invoke its favourable influence. Devotees perform this ritual to seek relief from obstacles to fortune and prosperity, along with purification of the mind and body.”
🌟Navgraha Shaktipeeth, Dabra: A temple Dedicated to the Nine Planets
Located in Dabra, near Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh, this temple is described as Asia’s first and the world’s first Navgraha Shaktipeeth. All nine planetary deities are enshrined here along with their consorts and vehicles—a feature considered unique to this temple. Its 108 pillars (27 Nakshatras × 4 directions), Nakshatra Van (27 trees), water circumambulation, and arrangement in which no two planetary deities face one another are believed to create a distinctive balance of energies. Devotees visit this sacred site to perform Jupiter Abhishek and seek blessings for planetary peace.
