The word Rudra is a powerful form of Lord Shiva that removes sorrow, fear, and negative energy. Abhishek means ritual bathing. So, Rudrabhishek means bathing Lord Shiva with devotion to remove troubles and bring divine blessings.

Before starting, collect these items:
Close your eyes and take a Sankalp in your heart. Pray to Lord Shiva and mention your wish or intention, such as peace, health, success, or spiritual growth.
Pour clean water and Gangajal over the Shivling while chanting: “Om Namah Shivaya” Water represents purity and cleansing of sins.
Offer milk on the Shivling. Milk represents peace, purity, and calmness of mind.

Offer honey to bring sweetness and harmony in life. It helps remove bitterness.
Offer ghee for strength, success, and positive energy. Ghee represents divine light.
Offer sugar for happiness, joy, and sweetness in life.
