Four Swaroops of Mahadev that Complete the Meaning of Sawan:
Neelkanteshwar Mahadev, Kashi: This is the Shivling that represents the Halahala moment, the most direct connection to the origin of Jalabhishek. Abhishek performed here on Sawan Somwar is participating in the act that saved all of creation.
Someshwar Mahadev, Prayagraj: According to the Puranas, Chandra Dev was cursed by Daksha Prajapati with Kshay Rog. He came to this very Kshetr to perform intense tapasya, and Shiv moved by his devotion cured the affliction completely. Chandra then built this temple in gratitude and named it Someshwar.
Pashupatinath, Haridwar: The name says it all Pashupati, Lord of all Pashus (all living beings). This is Shiv in his most compassionate all-protector form whose care encompasses every creature without exception.
Pathaleshwar, Omkareshwar: Shiv's grace reaches everywhere, even Paatal Lok. Here the Shivling is partially submerged in the earth, symbolic of His protection reaching even to the realms unseen and unnamed.

To travel to Kashi, Prayagraj, Haridwar, and Omkareshwar and perform Rudrabhishek at all four Shivlings on a single First Sawan Somwar is beyond what any devotee can physically do. But through Sri Mandir, purohitji will perform the complete ritual with full vidhi-vidhaan.
