Shri Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga – The fourth Jyotirlinga among the 12 Jyotirlingas, this is situated on the sacred island of Mandhata in the Narmada River (Madhya Pradesh). Shri Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga - The twelfth and last Jyotirlinga near Devgiri is Ghrishneshwar Jyotirlinga, which is a symbol of the unwavering devotion of Ghushma, a devoted follower of Lord Shiva. Ghushma was childless, but with deep faith, she worshipped Shiva daily by making 101 clay Shivlingas and immersing them in a nearby lake. Pleased with her devotion, Lord Shiva blessed her with a son. However, out of jealousy, her sister killed the child. Even in her grief, Ghushma did not lose her faith and continued her daily worship. Moved by her unwavering devotion, Lord Shiva appeared before her, brought her son back to life, and chose to reside there as Ghushmeshwar Jyotirlinga. This Dham is also known as Ghrishneshwar, as well as Ghushmeshwar Jyotirlinga. Even today, devotees remember his devotion by doing 101 pradakshinas around the temple.
