🔱 Why is Chola Rasam and Mangala Aarti on Baglamukhi Jayanti so powerful?
📖 According to Brihaddharma Purana, Baglamukhi Jayanti marks the sacred day when her power to paralyze negativity and enemies is at its highest. It is considered the most powerful time to seek relief from obstacles, hidden opposition, and negative influences.
🌼 As per Tantric traditions, on this day the Chola Rasam & Mangala Aarti hold special significance:
🙏 The Chola Rasam performed on this day is deeply rooted in Tantric and Agamic worship traditions. At dawn, the Goddess is adorned with a fresh yellow chola (sacred garment) along with turmeric, bangles, and flowers. This ritual is a form of Vastra Seva, which scriptures describe as a way to invoke and stabilize the deity’s presence.
🔥“Agnimukha Vai Devah” the Vedas declare that the Gods accept offerings through fire. This principle lies at the heart of Mangala Aarti, where the sacred flame becomes the medium through which devotion directly reaches the deity. Performed at sunrise, it synchronizes her energy with the rising sun symbolizing a fresh beginning, renewed strength, and divine activation.
✨ Performing this ritual at the Maa Baglamukhi Temple, Haridwar amplifies its impact, as it is a powerful center of Shakti worship and brings devotees blessings of victory, protection, good fortune, and a smooth life free from obstacles, under the grace of Maa Baglamukhi.
