Vrindavan is a sacred city in the Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh, known for the divine childhood activities (leelas) of Lord Shri Krishna. Among the many temples here, Jaipur Mandir, located in Kishor Pura on the Vrindavan-Mathura Road, holds a special place. Though located in Uttar Pradesh, this temple is maintained by the Rajasthan government. The temple is mainly dedicated to Lord Krishna and displays various beautiful forms of Lord Banke Bihari, including idols of Radha-Madhav, Anand Bihari, and Hans Gopal.
The temple was built by Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh II of Jaipur in 1916. He purchased 100 acres of land in Vrindavan and started the construction to please his guru, Brahmachari Shri Giridharisharan Ji. The temple took nearly 30 years to complete and involved thousands of skilled workers and artisans.

By Train: Nearest Stations: Mathura Junction (17 km) and Madho Singh Railway Station. From these stations, you can take a taxi, bus, or auto-rickshaw to the temple.
By Road: Vrindavan is around 185 km from Delhi. The journey takes approximately 3 hours via Yamuna Expressway or NH 44.
Regular state transport buses and private buses operate from various cities in Uttar Pradesh to Mathura.
