Meera Baba Dham Amroha

Meera Baba Dham, located in the Amroha district of Uttar Pradesh, is a revered spiritual destination dedicated to the divine saint Meera Baba. Meera Baba Dham is an excellent example of traditional Indian temple architecture blended with regional cultural elements. The main sanctum (samadhi area) is made of pure white marble, symbolizing peace and purity. Inside, a magnificent idol of Meera Baba is placed, filling devotees with deep reverence. A large prayer hall in front of the samadhi hosts regular bhajans, satsangs, and kirtans. The hall features beautifully carved wooden designs and decorative jharokhas, reflecting Rajasthani and North Indian architectural styles. The temple walls and pillars display beautiful paintings depicting important events from Meera Baba’s life. Nearby, a sacred pond adds to the purity of the place. The greenery, flowers, and serene surroundings create a divine and tranquil environment for visitors.

During festivals and special events, the number of devotees increases significantly.

1. By Train The nearest railway station is Amroha Railway Station, well connected to Delhi, Moradabad, Saharanpur, and other major cities. The dham is about 3 km from the station, and can be reached easily by auto-rickshaw or taxi.

2. By Bus UPSRTC buses run regularly from Delhi, Meerut, Moradabad, and nearby regions to Amroha. The bus stand is about 4 km away from Meera Baba Dham, and local vehicles are available for convenient travel.

3. By Air The nearest airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, located about 150 km from Amroha. From the airport, you can hire a taxi or take a bus to reach Amroha.
